Who said you should ignore anything? If you cannot fight for your agenda without waiting for some Briton, then you probably deserve your problems.
You said we should and concentrate on the crimes of the British and said Nigerian crimes are just symptoms. You have not said a word about the Nigerians killed by the Nigerian army. Naijiant.com has been highlighting their plight for the past 2 years. The fact that a BBC interviewer brought this plight to a worldwide audience is even better!

How so? Personally I would take criticism of Nigeria coming from a Chinese or Brazilian journalist before any British fool. The British have ZERO right to criticise anything going on in Nigeria.
It is the message that counts not the messenger. Did the British journalist lie about anything? Your commitment should be to the damn truth!

You accuse the British of hypocrisy in not questioning their leaders and you are displaying the same hypocrisy by diverting attention from the crimes of Nigerian rulers in order for them to avoid scrutiny!

Yawnnn. An armed robber breaks into your house and loots your property. He retires to his palace, and sees your kids fighting over the little property left in your house. He then comes back to interview you, and criticize you for not handling the chaos in your household better. Would you accept his criticism?

You still refuse to talk about the thousands of Nigerians killed by the Nigerian army in the last 2 years alone. That's shameful. Malcolm X: ‘You're not to be so blind with patriotism that you can't face reality. Wrong is wrong, no matter who does it or says it.’

And you refuse to talk about the MILLIONS of Nigerians killed and robbed by your white masters whom you love so much. At the turn of the last century they looted and burned down Benin City, killing thousands, and carting away treasures, some of which are still on public display in their museums. Outright theft. Till today, no apology, no compensation, nothing. And THEY are the ones criticising corruption and impunity in Nigeria? I mean, come on mehn.

These are political statements, they all do. How many times did Obama taunt destroying Al Qaeda, "Al Qaeda is on the run", degraded Al Qaeda . . . how many times have Al Qaeda struck since then, even Benghazi was after that, does that mean their efforts were nothing, no.

Bush declared "mission accomplished" aboard USS Lincoln in 2003, 14 years later, the war in Iraq is far from over.

If Buratai and Buhari didn't step up the offensive on BH, by now, BH would have been in PH, Lagos, remember they were in Abuja, Jos, etc., had several LGs on lock down . . . Hope u get my drift: politicians capitalize on the gains to make political statements.

This thread is about the Nigerians killed by the Nigerian army that you want to ignore.

I know more than you would ever know about British crimes in Nigeria. I have even challenged the British at the British Museum to return stolen treasures there to Nigeria. So spare me your hypocritical lecture.

Actually, you ignoramus, you need to address a problem by assessing it in its entirety. The British rigged Nigeria's independence elections, which led to the entrenchment of the northern oligarchy in power. Read the confessions of Harold Smith, former British colonial officer. So the same British will come today and be criticizing what is happening in Nigeria? That is why you people need to research, study, and stop worshiping the folks who destroyed you, least of all accepting their insolent hypocrisy like a bunch of fcking slaves.

Actually no, it's about an insolent British journalist pretending his govt has nothing to do with Nigeria's problems.

You challenged who, where? Did their security guards not chase you out of the museum? Mr Challenger.

Exactly. When they kill and loot our people, you have no outrage. When their Nigerian stooges commit crimes, all of a sudden you become outraged, and turn Mother Theresa. Why the double standards?

And you are pretending that Nigerians have nothing to do with Nigeria's problems. It was Nigerian soldiers massacring fellow Nigerians as you play ostrich.

Unlike you, I'm an activist that do my challenging beyond Nairaland.
