Removing the battery was the first thing i did. Then the hard disk. The battery has remained hot since yesterday? Did water get in to it too? So what's the next step?

I got me a Lenovo laptop...anytime I turn it on...It starts booting and when It gets to the Windows logo..it restarts by itself and does the same thing over and over again...I don't know if is hardware issue or bad harddrive

Anybody with a 500gig SATA hard-disk for sale should let me know. Even 320gig should please notify me

if the battery remains hot after removing it....it's most likely it has gone bad.

Nothing else to do . You can bring it to my office for fixing

that is most likely hardware problem specifically motherboard. See a technician

Hello, my laptop has refused to come up for days now. The battery went flat some 7 days ago and it has refused to come up since then. I have since tried a new battery (2), none powered it. Ran a self diagnosis and figured that the motherboard is faulty - AMD hotnes s damaged it I think. Do you have an idea how much the motherboard for Dell Inspiron 15, model 5555 (AMD) goes for? I need the laptop to be alive at this point in time!

I hope it won't drain my pocket! I hate motherboard issues but the laptop means a lot to me, being a gift from a special someone!
