I am a graduate and I have a small cocktails and events business that I own .. business has not been fantastic (Jan - June only 8 events ) though I have earned enough to get buy.

I just recieved an offer letter from a company i had applied to like 6 months ago to be a business development manager with a salary of N80k and commisions available , Health care also available.

I am confused.. i want to grow my business however my pocket is crying

but u can accept d job, work while u still do ur business. Except where u can't den look for someone to put in charge of d business and den always try to make yourself available on your work free days

The job requires working weekends and is outside lagos (Osun State) If i have to be real to my self i may not be able to manage both.

It would have been nice if you could do both. In any case, you can do the job for a while in order to raise some cash, then go back to your business. I believe you will even meet more people while working therefore, increasing your network.

from my little experience, try a great partnership in your business before u start in ur new work. if the partnership works greatly within one month, den hand the business over to ur partner while u continue to provide finances for its expansion.

Partnership I can try that .. I tried getting a manager .. the guy wanted to charge N60K MONTHLY WITH OR WITHOUT LINED UP JOBS O.
