I'm not sure you understand the scenario.

How is the Telco responsible for a defective Mifi they didn't sell?

If your phone stops getting signal today, is it MTN fault?

The data and sim works fine. If the Telco says you should buy their own devices that they tested and can support, we will accuse them of all sorts.

It's funny because now it seems I'm defending Ntel that I'm always criticising, but facts are facts

Like I said, the issue isn't a new one with that device. I had a similar experience using MTN with it.

As for complaining, well if insulting everyone who made the mistake of commenting about the issue is complaining, the world has gone mad
Yup, give up the crown. There's a new Ntel troll in the house.

My brother I am just look at it from a struggling man's point of view. Perhaps that was his last N12500, you are very right about the telecom not being responsible for his predicament, like I told him, he should just move on or use the same mifi on mtn Etisalat and co (but trust me, he chose Ntel because of the cheap unlimited data, hence the reason I understand his pain) I am yet to even use Ntel, I am taking my time.

I am sure we all don't understand your level of stupidity...it is way beyond what we can all comprehend
How is the mifi defective?? Do you know what defective means?
It is defective? yet still connects successfully to Spectranet, smile, MTN , swift and Etisalat?

Yes it might be mtns fault if the Mtn tower in your area is down, especially if when you insert a glo, Etisalat and Airtel SIM in that same phone, you get a signal!

Do you suffer memory loss or are you blind and didn't read where I and others said when we called Ntel customer care and visited their offices, we were just told to buy their own mifi or you were blind to read this too?

No I don't really think you are defending Ntel, you are just embracing and cherishing your own stupidity because of your own bruised ego
BUT STUPIDITY IS STUPIDITY

Can't you see how a contradicory confused bros you are?
One time you know the problem , another time no you missed the point, then again you know the problem, why do you keep running round circles with this endless stupidity of yours

So what exactly did you learn if you go back swallowing your own vomit.
And please how come no one has solved this with the PRO TIP solution you said worked with the Mtn issue?
Bros wake up and smell the coffee! The issue we are experiencing isn't the same one you faced, the truth is the truth even if your Ego is bruised badly with it.

At least no one is contesting the fact you are the undisputed king of stupidity with no single brains in that big but empty skull of yours
But to be fair 4llerbuntu, on a serious note though, i tried your solution and doesn't work, so I don't think it is the same problem we are facing with your Mtn issue

i offered no solution bro. As far as i am concerned i do not even know anything about anything

besides, its not my responsibility to make people's mifi work. So attacking me for suggesting a solution that doesn't work for you is rather strange, don't you think?

You did

4llerbuntu:
For everyone sane going through this issue it is an issue with the firmware.

I had it whilst using MTN with the mifi, other people have reported it using Ntel.

So it's not a network issue.

In my case after a month of using just 3G with it I discovered that their is usually a default APN that the mifi/sim uses when you switch it on.

As far as I know that APN is correct, but 4G wouldn't work.

So I used the Huawei Android app to fix the mifi on 4G only,

then create a new APN entirely.

So each time it refused to connect to 4G, I'd turn off data toggle, switch to another APN (the default spectranet one usually), then switch back to the one I created.

Then re-enable data.

It has always worked for me since I discovered this.

You might also try flashing the mifi, but that's too much stress in my view.

Like I said , ITS WHAT WORKS FOR ME.

IT MAY NOT WORK FOR YOU SO PLEASE DON'T ABUSE ME, INSULT ME OR BLAME ME FOR MENTIONING IT.

ASK HUAWEI OR SPECTRANET

You did
Lol.

that wasn't on this thread, and wasn't for you or anyone else in particular.

like i've said, how is it my fault that a suggestion i made in good faith doesn't work for anyone else?
