Hello Guys,
How long did it take for the payment after submission of eAPR to reflect? I just submitted mine and the page said DECLINED - TRANSACTION NOT APPROVED and the note below indicating "Call for Authorization" but the eAPR profile says Payment Processing. I read something about it taking 24 hours to reflect just before I submitted.
Thanks
Your payment hasn't gone through, u need to call the card's bank for authorization of d payment

Thank you so much I appreciate. The issue is that because of his lackadaisical attitude, he is not studying for the IELTS and we really need points from there as we have no direct sibling in Canada so I was wondering if I apply and declare that he is not coming, will my scores be accessed as that of a single applicant?
You can indicate he isn't taking d test and wes when building ya EE profile, I think all assessments will then be done by you. But if you do not like d final crs scores you get at d end, u can then persuade bros to do d exams and wes for additional points. Thereafter, you can get a new profile to reflect those

Verification is 2500, payable to cash office or 3k via ETX, and its usually sent immediately after confirmation of payment.Max 3days, I confuse. If you paid via ETX disturb them with calls till they put pressure on the person in charge.Chaos on campus now though,EFCC vs former VC and staff, but things should be back to normal by next week.

Hello everyone, please does anyone have an answer to my query? I need to know if I can use Pensions as balance for our PoF.

No ITA yet but we are gathering required document in preparation for ITA.

We are a family of 4 and have gathered pretty much everything but Proof of funds is still a little issue. We have about 80% of the required funds (T.bills and domiciliary account) but we are concerned about the balance 20%. Can we use our pensions' accounts to make up the balance? 25% of our pensions is more than what we actually need to make up the balance.

Thanks for your anticipated responses.

please give me their phone number, esp the oga on top to intensify the matter...I paid 3k via ETX since 13th of June, yet no change of status on WES site.

Yes you can use d 25% of ur pensions account if it covers d balance. It's been stated here before. Check for @Boss13's attachment from CIC.

Thanks a lot. i think I will try and sell this to him better again. I appreciate the feedback.
freeradical:
You can't apply as a single applicant because that will be seen as misrepresentation which may land u a 5year ban. However, you may apply as a married but you will declare Ur husband as an unaccompanying spouse. That way u won't have to do ECA for him or will he be required to do IELTS.

I still suggest you make him see reason to opt to take d immigration seriously. He has nothing to lose really. Let him see it as a plan B option for the family. I'm sure if he keys into the aim he will be motivated and will perform well I'm his IELTS. As an accompanying spouse he only needs to score 7777 in LRSW to give u the max pts and that shouldn't be too difficult.

Do your research about Canada very well and sell the idea to him. Someone posted something about education earlier, there is also their healthcare system. Then also is the economic opportunities. All these r things u can use to make a strong case. It's not easy for young families to live separately so I don't know how you guys r gonna cope If you split the family.

The medical form has a section which indicates what the medical exam will be used for. If it indicates for "student visa" or something related to that i'm not too sure if you can use it for your PR application as it is stated as being for "Worker". I also don't know if it's the same tests that are conducted for student visa applicants as well as for PR. I'm sure someone here can speak better to this.

Cheers!!

Yes, you can use it...try to get a suitable letter from your pension administrator and back it up with a solid LOE

for those asking about verification from ABU zaria,i was in the same boat for 2-3 months .one of the most frustrating times in my life!
i sent an email to wes customer service informing them that i was going to ask ABU to send the hardcopy of the verification via courier since i was fed up with the we have sent the email/we have not received the email drama.
as soon as i got their go ahead,i asked ABU to send the hardcopy via fedex.i paid about 15k plus for it.the hardcopy was delivered to wes and my evaluation was concluded in 24hours.
please remember to ask them at ABU to stamp across the flap of the envelop.
all the best!

Hi Ajuju2,
I know I've read on several posts that this mixup of order doesn't matter. But is there any particular order to the numbers that show on the eAPR. I see 1-5 on mine and I just assumed it is in reverse chronological order and uploaded my references in same order from current job to oldest. Or is it just a random arrangement for "all play all"? Seniors in the house can you weigh in on this too. My eAPR is ready for submission today jejely wink

For anyone who cares to know, your work references should be uploaded in reverse chronological order if there are multiple placeholders in your profile. So if they are listed from 0-4 your most current job goes in 0 and so forth and so on. Not that it is supposed to make any difference to your application but it just gives the reviewer less work having to figure out which uploaded reference is for which job role. Cheers!!

Hi guys,
Please i need urgent response.
I want to submit my OINP application. I evaluated only my Masters Degree.

On the OINP application, they asked for all post-secondary education. When i fill in my Bachelors Degree details, I get this prompt "that an ECA must be provided".

I only have ECA for Masters Degree. Please what should I do? Should i exclude my Bachelors?

Money in ur account is not enough. I.e standard chartered bank charges 3% of the amount u want to pay. They call it conversion rate or something. Make sure u have this amount plus the amount u want to pay in ur domiciliary account

The Curriculum is quite different from Nigeria. I think he might be well engaged in all the other new things he would have to learn eg French maybe?

XX01:
Thanks so much for the school tip. It;s just sad that my son would be stepped down 2 classes because of some age restriction. Don't they consider academic performance at all? Apart from that, the boredom that comes from relearning the same things he does very confidently might just make him lazy as he won't have to exert much energy. There has to be a way round that.
