Nigeria has always borrowed to fund its budgets from previous administrations. Thing is we do not generate enough revenue to fund the budget and the recovered loots takes lots of legal processes and they need to be approved by NASS before they are spent even after they have been recovered. This is why it is better we increase our revenue generation than keep on borrowing.
