Nigerians forgot this was a man that rescued Nigeria and kept it afloat when oil price plummeted to $28 in midst of oil pipeline bombing by avengers as against a man whose government borrowed to pay salaries wen oil price fell from $105 to $70. Few Nigerians hated Buhari cos of his faith, but the ruling elite who hated him cos of his incorruptible nature capitalised on the ignorance of Nigerians and raised the tempo against him. I really don't understand why Nigerians, especially the youth, are quick to forget where they are coming from.

Around NGN6billion is deployed in servicing Npower monthly in a tightly biting recession. Over 25 states owed backlog of salaries even as crude sold for around $70 per barrel, only to be bailed out when the economy had touched the very bottom.

With the FRA, state government are no longer able to access, mis-apply and loot billions of commercial banks loans in the guise of funding 'unseen projects' thereby strangulating liquidity in the economy. I can't name all the positives achieved thus far. All I can say with utmost conviction is that we are headed in the right direction.

That's the way to go and the Nigerian youth must begin to see these things and desist from further unpatriotic, confused and baseless biases/agitations.
