According to eyewitnesses, a woman just turned to Tortoise now in Imo. The news have also been confirmed from multiple sources. Remember similar occurrence happened sometimes last year in Ring road area of Ibadan, the Oyo state capital, where a young girl reportedly metamorphosed into a bat.
