The Spain international must now agree personal terms and pass a medical to complete the transfer.

Morata scored 20 goals last season after rejoining Real from Juventus.

Manchester United had been interested in Morata prior to signing Everton striker Romelu Lukaku for an initial £75m.

Am surprised Hw people would call morata a bench warmer. The little above average Lukaku would never make a real Madrid bench no matter d price tag. I am so confident that morata would b a success. He has great foot work, nice touches and his able to link up play. Lukaku would have been a failure at Chelsea. He has a terrible first touch, always having his back to goal and very static . He can play with Mourinho fancied 4-3-3 where emphasis is on wing play nd crosses into the box. Our current system under conte requires a striker with great movement off d ball so our creative players can move into dangerous positions. Seriously we dodged a live bullet not signing Lukaku.

Nice move, i just hope the young lad can fill the big hole created by the absence of 'D Guvnor' (Costa).
i just hope there could be a remedy to the Costa situation, Loic Remy coming back from the doldrums of obscurity can not hold forte for us, neither can Regea-Star 'Batshuayi' save Chelsea when the chips are down.
My advise to Chelsea board is to call in Costa into a meeting with the coach, give him severe warnings on attitudinal change. then return him into the team like a prodigal son returning home. with the present debacle, Chelsea might end up in a striker crises next season if this situation is not handle carefully. Remember that no other club is bidding save for Athletico, He would not even command a huge price tag. so let Granivska and Emenalo work out something that will cheer the fans at the end of it all.

Pedro tore defences last season including utd's.

Pedro,Azpilicueta, Fabregas, Costa all came from la liga and are performing very well.

Those are just la liga players in chelsea....check other teams.




Oh and the fastest goal utd conceded last season was scored by Pedro. Put some respeck on his name bro.

Mbappe ké? The dude is a walking Torres. All Monaco and Atletico players have one thing in common; they blossom in their clubs but die a natural death the moment they move out.

Unfortunately, Zidane's sentiment towards Benzema would cost us a whole lot in the new season. I would have loved that Morata remains but the dude is just bent on leaving because of the World Cup.

Morata would survive fine in the EPL, I have no doubt about that. Unfortunately, I might just have to hate him from hereon out.

Don't hate him for joining Chelsea. I am a Chelsea fan (for life), love Peter Cech a lot and felt bad when he left for Arsenal. I will never ever hate him nor Arsenal. Of course I pray we win whenever we play Arsenal but don't wish him to get hurt; That's sportsmanship.
Let's always remember that these people are professionals, they can switch clubs at any point in as much as it satisfies them and their families. I see Football as a way to entatain myself and feel happy. I am not a fanatic. Seasons come and go; let's derive the joy it brings and not allow any pain to linger.

It could have been any other club. I love real players a great deal, save for Danilo and Benzema, and the opposite would be said of me so long Chelsea is involved.
