Your friend in SA is not completely exact here. I "partly" live in SA cos I go every two months. SA experienced some power outages especially last year......as their power demand has outgrown available supply....So they had to do what they called "Load Shedding".....but they announce in the media about the impending outage. Beside many new houses in SA now have Solar power as alternative

Can't the problem be solved

If there is anything this present Government failed me on, It is the issue of Power distribution and fair employment opportunities for job seekers, it has been an absolute failure on their part
