Pls doctors in the house.. Am finding it difficult to breath at night and i feel asif my chest is tight but when i drink water i feel a bit free for some seconds and continue mostly at nite. What could be the reason behind this thanks.

There's a blockage in your lungs, go to the nearest hospital and do an x-ray test so as to reveal the problem.

Do you drink cold water all the time? Or do you expose your chest to cold? It could be one of these.

Well if you are not stressed about something which may be causing you anxiety,then there may be a lung infection.
Go and see a doctor in the hospital who will examine your lungs.
