Please doctors in the house I need help.....!!

I have noticed this unusually stain of blood in my boxers every time I come back home from work but I thought it was nothing until I went to use the restroom one day when i observed this redness in my urine. After the urine, comes a think long red worm-like thing coming out followed by blood. Jeez!

Next day, I rushed to General hospital to see a doctor, he suspect schistosomes/fluke worm. He recommended some tests 1) M/S/U or M/C/S,( 2) FCBY (3) E/U/C . All came out negative.

Wrote some drugs which I have taken for almost a week now. The blood stopped 4 days and came back again on the 5th day that I am supposed to take the last dosage.

When I sleep at night now, my boxers gets wet again with the lond red worm....

NB: Doctor keep asking if I come from Ondo state, and when last I visited village, I work closely around water.
I am married with kids......

Anyone with similar issue in the past please help with how you went about it....
I have visited herbal woman... she called it atosi eleje.... meaning Blood or dry gonohea which I doubt...

Please go to a specialist or teaching hospital. It might be urinary or kidney infection. The earlier the better. Delay is dangerous.

Hello I am an alternative medicine practitioner in Ghana and i can tell you that what you have is Priapulida and the worm you see come out from your Penis is one of the 16 different kinds of penis worms classified under Priapulida. I know it can be treated via alternative medicine but what i cannot say in totality is how well conventional medicine can handle it. However i would recommend you take Praziquantel (Biltricide) for it if you do not want to allow me handle you via alternative medicine. Praziquantel is taken three times daily for two days.

If you feel more comfortable with being treated the alternative way then let me know.

I don't feel any pain nor tingling sensation. However, I feel some movement in my p*** sometimes. I am actually placed on UTI drugs which I finished last dosage today.

Doctors said I should research fluke worm/schistosomes as that's what he suspect.
Treating UTI...

I pray it won't get to the point of going to dubai or India....
I'll explore the Teaching hospital option this week.

The thing is I had the same feeling some years ago. My Own is discharge was very thick mucous and boxers always mess up before morning or in the evening. I tried different drugs and use herbs but it was still the same until I use ciprotab with 500mg. I started with 2 caplets and reduced the second dose to 1. Also ensure your wife or girlfriend takes 250mg as well. The way I felt when I took it: when I wanted to pee, my unirary tract felt like I applied red and yellow capsule on wound and feel like this for 2 days before the pain was subdued and went away. Till date I have not experienced such.
