you are an illiterate. you are citing china and pollution, Chinas pollution is air pollution caused by factories. We are talking about floods and the effects of environmental sanitation, i.e blocked drainage channels caused by dirt and waste. The problem with you morons is you never accept when you are wrong instead you keep arguing. Dirt causes blocked drains not air pollution but even on the issue of air pollution Onitsha is actually cited as one of the most polluted cities in the world in terms of air quality.
