National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) on Sunday said President Muhammadu Buhari was getting better.

NANS President, Chinonso Obasi, in a statement, said his conversation with the presidency on July 22 showed that Buhari was recuperating fast and would be back soon.

His words: “My telephone conversation with the presidency yesterday from London has given more hope that President Buhari will soon be back, alive and able to return to his presidential seat.

“In the course of conversation, I realised that Nigerians need more love to survive the machinations of the ungodly and ill-wishers.

“This is the time Nigerians have to be more patriotic than political as issues of national interest should be more paramount.

“PMB is our father and deserves our goodwill and solidarity, if by any reason we’re not comfortable with his absence due to medical vacation, let every Nigerian observe due process in their agitation.’’

The NANS president appealed to all Nigerians and particularly those in positions of trust to be objective in carrying out any obligation assigned to them in national interest.

Nnamdi Kanu and Fani Kayode say he isn't coming back. Ipob yoots too. But God says he's coming back. Buhari is not a saint. If we wanted saints we could have gone to the heavens for the 2015 elections probably with Angel Michael as INEC chairman. But his integrity and honesty level is a step or two above the average Nigerian politician. If God wills he presides, then no man can stop it.
