the bitter truth is that there is hardly any centre that doesn't indulge in examination malpractice so this list is not legit....until exam malpractice is eradicated

So funny...... Let's see jamb success rate cuz I think jamb is the only exam that has been able to curb exam malpractice to some level.

In My Days It Was Edo Delta And Lagos That Led, Now Its Street Trader , Militants Kidnappers And Oil Bunkerers That Clear Waec, Something Aint Right .

There is exam malpractice in every single state, city and local government of this country. The poor results from South west states is inexcusable, our governors over the years have neglected public school education, our children are not getting proper education. Something urgent is needed in our primary and secondary public education sector.
