According to Sahara Reporters, a civil servant with the Kwara state civil service, Biodun Baba, has been arrested and will be arraigned in a court in Ilorin, the state capital today. According to SR, he is being charged to court for insulting Senate President, Bukola Saraki, via his Facebook page.

I'm tired of this present govt. What crime is there in criticizing a public servant? Eexcept the man insulted him, I see no reason why the court should entertain the suit.
