Not so, a civil servant is not allowed to speak publicly against the government. That's why they have the ministry of information & a PR officer. The guy is wrong. It's a normal in any country practicing democracy, U don't speak as a civil servant.

According to Sahara Reporters, a civil servant with the Kwara state civil service, Biodun Baba, has been arrested and will be arraigned in a court in Ilorin, the state capital today. According to SR, he is being charged to court for insulting Senate President, Bukola Saraki, via his Facebook page.

I just have to give them a false sense of freedom, a well controlled social media, where they can rant all they like -- not too much to form a resistance, but just enough to feel better. I shall rely on their natural sense of humor to make jokes of their suffering.

Anybody that is surprised about this has never been to kwara.The level of atrocities by that scum bag of a governor, Abdulfatah is alarming.

Civil servants get redeployed to remote areas just for airing their views after receiving just 10% of they're salary every month whole the state govt used hundreds of millions to build a house for this same saraki at GRA. He turned out down that it did not meet his taste!

It is part of civil service rules he signed while getting employed!!!
