This is just some abnormality of nature. The bible is ignorant and doesn't know fact. A similar case like this one occured in the Doctufos of truth and it was well explained by a homo-erectus of Ebir land called Ituno. Imagine that! So, the bible is not in anyway against evolution, even God himself may have been evolving. Thirdly, Charles Darwin says new species arises from pre-existing species (not necessarily means that all pre-existing species have gone into extinction). Hence, the saying that humans must have been evolved from monkeys. And we can still see monkeys around, why can't we then see serpents that have limbs around?
