Dear nairaland ,my girl friend need an advise that i dont know how to advise her, Shes staying in her husbands pipo place,n the husband brother just had a fight with her using a broom to woundjoor her face n her husband came back n didnt caution d elder brother for that,he just lock up as if nothing happend,it has been boiling her whenever she sees the brother that inflicted wound on her..so this morning,her sis came visiting n asked his elder brother why he beat her,and he was busy telling her negative tins about her,so she got pissed n message her hubby(who travelled)that her brother fought her again(her reason being for him to feel what she is feeling n how it feels to lie n defame som1 character in d person absence)but he didnt fight her...she not happy that she lied n as well shes tired of living in dis house with them,she want to leave her son with the family n move on with her life..what do u advise her to do in this situation,because right now shes not earning income for herself |

I can tell you she would keep having issues with her husband brother and the only solution here is to move out of that house and have her husband get her an apt no matter how small it is. she need start thinking of what to do with her life. Comon dis is 2017! 2 Likes |

Let her begin to work out how to earn an income! That's the most important thing even if it's a cleaner's job she should do. Next start saving no matter how little! She should deduct from whatever is given to her towards feeding and set aside towards leaving. No more latest fashion and make up purchases for now. In the next three months she should leave the man without notice! Im of the opinion she should take her son along. Hubby won't take up responsibility for the boy and it may be tough at first but she will survive Good luck to you both |

she definitely needs to leave. get a job, save, leave and take the son with her. going by the way her husband's family and her husband himself treats her, the innocent boy will just suffer physical and emotional abuse at their hands if she leaves him behind. |
