There is a laser technology that is being used to heat up the ocean and the steam vapor rises up, then thermodynamic turbines are used to move the cloud around to any location in the latitudinal and longitudinal contours in the sky, especially African countries that have no rockets to fly up to see the technologies above the ozone layers.

Then when the cloud is moved to target location, laser beams are used to heat up the cloud and induce rain. The funny thing is, there are people on ground to report the extent of the damage. And you all are at their mercy.

In the next few weeks, you will hear all over the world about global warming. How can these guys try to prove to Trump that Global Warming exists by destroying human lives.

People of Earth, Be wise. Google is making in roads to your countries and you do not ask about the purpose of google earth and mappings.
Na wa.. see theory! grin

Instead of the black man to rise above nonsensical ethnic, tribal and religious sentiments which have torn us apart and prevented us from uniting to achieve anything as a nation, instead of the black man to rise up and rid himself of the 'I am a victim' mentality and self pity which has ensured we remain stagnant as mental slaves despite several decades of freedom and independence from the imperialists, it seems we just love the lazy ways. No wonder we stick to the slave mindset whereby instead of putting our intellects to good use in solving our problems, we rather prefer to use our full intellects to create conspiracy theories, blaming 'others' for all our problems and trying to justify our collective laziness.

@5DMindset
Bro, there are two main reasons we are having these disastrous floods and it has nothing to do with any laser technology or thermodynamic turbines:
1. Nigeria is located in the tropic region which has lots of rainfall, and the month of July is typically one of the months of peak rainfall.
2. We have zero drainage in Nigeria, not even in the big cities. And without drainage, even a little rain can wreck havoc.

2018? isn't it happening already

Our "prophets" use what they see now for future predictions.

"A former Head of State should watch his health"...I see mourning. (I can bet most fortune-tellers would say this)

Gowon, Babangida, Buhari, Shagari are already aged. So no big surprise

If it's in Nigeria by the time we finish taking photo and videos. Everybody would have been dead.
They are lucky to have been able to cheat death.

It has been raining for the several decades I have been in this planet and this is totally out of norm. And by the way, the flooding is not just in Nigeria. It covers many countries and I have been on this research for sometime friend, so I do not make statements on one-off incidents. I have studied the melting of ice at Antartica and extrapolated Tsunami signals from Asia with a 14 days prediction and it is not the cause of the rain.

My research as taken me far and wide so I find it disrespectful for you to use the word 'black man' to address me when you are not as equipped as I am on this field. So, I will welcome an apology for such socio-psycho behavior. You are not forced to read other opinions and if your ego generates negative emotions when opinions do not sync with yours, then you need to repair the causal mental mechanism that generates such reactions and not blame us all for it.

If you want me to quit nairaland for you, I will sincerely do that. I hate places where opinions are not tolerated. I don't wanna learn bad habits.

Because breaking a glass with pressure is almost impossible. So why waste that much time in doing that instead of conserving energy and scouting alternative sources of escape.

My sincere apologies for coming off as insultive, but my point is just that the whole laser heating and thermodynamic turbine mumbo jumbo is just watery.

Firstly, we geographically fall within the part of the world where rainfall is very high, and we are currently in the first peak of the rainy season (late July). We also have poor or non-existent drainage infrastructure to handle these sort of high rain/flooding situations; our meteorological prediction systems and our emergency management systems are also pathetic. I might want to add the global warming scare which obviously is real, but that's not necessarily the cause of the extra high rains in 2017 because I don't believe the globe warmed up overnight. What we have presently is just a case of nature showing off its powers and as usual, my country and several other African countries aren't prepared for it.

Accident victims are meant to rescue Not to take pictures or video record of them, it's not movie.
May be when you see yourself in such condition you would prefer people talking pictures of you than giving a helping hand

God bless the rescuers for their initiative. Unfortunately, if this had happened in Nigeria, there mightn't have been any survivor as spectators would be preoccupied with 'capturing the moment' in order to be the first to break the sad news. We really need to learn from them.
they still did it na,i don't know why they have to post everything online
