It's usually from April-July.
That's not true KV rhein waal hochshule extended their deadline to August 15.

Yes!......Why do you want to go thru Studienkolleg when you have already enrolled in a Uni in Naija.

Ask your Uni to give you your 100L or 100 - 200L Transcript and use it to apply into any German University.

No......It's not a must. And you can apply for Chem Eng.

But it is also important for you to note that you must have done some Maths, Physics, Chemistry courses in your present

uni. in order to give u a upper hand during admission.

You can also add your A level result if you have Maths, Physics and all required subjects for Engineering. That's if you dont have them in ur Univ. Transcript.

Big Up.

Guy don't wait to get your b1 before application or else u will be crying for appointment just as it is here.
Btw before ur b1 result comes out by December,no studienkolleg application will still be running for the summer 2018 which implies that u will hv to wait for winter semester.
Your best bet is to start applying now even with ur a2 certificate before ur b1 ces out and u can it that later .
If u prefer this path, contact mie via pm

No studienkolleg WILL accept A2 cause they also have other applicants who have higher language certificates like b1, b2 and even c1.
His best bet would be to apply with b1

I applied for a student visa and im going for a second degree and all of my documents were and are complete even to the blocked account, admission letter and all.

Did you mean you applied for masters degree after completing your Bachelors or you wanted to go to Germany to complete a new bachelors or masters program after earning a similar degree in Nigeria?
If it was the later case, then it is absolutely a red flag (cos this means that you need to convince the VO beyond reasonable doubt).

If this is the case then I suggest you take the Studienkolleg. So that you can av the oppurtunity of doing the required subjects like Maths, Physic, Chem & Bio for the Chem.Eng.

I won't deceive you @Kaybeeee. You can't Engineer anything without prior Mathematics/Eng. Maths as foundation.

If your Univ runs BioTechnology, that would be a good way to start.

Do most of you guys consider the political climate before you decide where to study. I mean, this year alone one million syrians (most highly educated, skill individual, and syrians are generally better educated than sub sahara africa) arrived. They all need jobs. Secondly africans have bad reputation in germany ( sadly I can not disagree with this assumption) worse than all rapist arabs. Germany has no time for africans. You have a better chance in canada than germany.

Do you reside in DE? who told you the 1million Syrians are already working?

I got frustrated with the Winter semester 2017/2018 embassy booked out notice and decided to send a message to the German federal foreign office https://www.auswaertiges-amt.de/EN/Service/Contact/contact_node.html?https=1
Please if you are affected, kindly send them a message, let us see if there is a solution to this heartbreak sad
God bless us all!

Dear Sir/Ma,
I am writing to make an official complaint regarding the issue faced by prospective students from Nigeria who are willing and have an admission to study in Germany during the Winter 2017/2018 semester.
The German embassy (Lagos) in Nigeria has put up a notice that they have been booked out for the winter semester 2017/2018. This has put such students including myself in a state of shock, the emotional trauma alone cannot be overemphasized. This is because the process of getting an admission is not only time consuming not to talk of the financial implication.
This notice by the German embassy in Lagos is not only distasteful but totally inconsiderate.
If student visa appointment in the the German Embassy in Lagos is booked out, this means other forms of visa appointments are not booked out, which in turn depicts that people traveling for other reasons such as holidays can get appointments but students who will impact their society and the world at large cannot get one?
Also, there is a German Embassy in Abuja, which can equally attend to students who are looking to book an appointment since the embassy in Lagos is suddenly booked out.

I'll implore you to use your good office to look into this situation. I look forward to your response and most importantly a timely solution to this point in question.

Thank you.

People like u makes others not to give their opinions based on research on this thread.
U always conclude on issues u know nothing about.thats y u won't learn.
I just wonder when u started researching about STK coz I'm sure u aren't up to 6months in this thread.
My moniker is bold even.
Read my past post on this thread and learn about STK.
Meanwhile if u need stk that gives conditional admission letter with A2,there exist just one my dear .if u r interested,do ur research but I'm sure it will take u ages.
My advice, always shut up on issues u don't know about.dont conclude coz I can even give u studienkolleg invitation letter without any language certificate.
