Stop sounding half clever here. Since the loan is being co - funded , there are going to be two different documents 1 from Zenith 2 from UBA. For both records purpose and for any possible legal implications if the borrowers default. Showing clearly the loans are being provided by 2 banks. And if I may ask you , if the borrower is returning the loan , will he only return the one from UBA since Zenith only co funded the loan. My brother stop this your contradiction .

If you get a loan from UBA alone, and UBA informs you( for legal reasons) part of the funds is from Zenith.
