Do note that when I say God. That can mean anything. It doesn't have to be a sentiment being or an all powerful guy that sits on the sky watching people masturbate. God is simply the cause of existence (all known existence). The big bang can be called God. There can be more than one God. The first cause can be called God It doesn't even have to be alive. So yes it makes sense to believe in a first cause to believe in "God" but the nature of God is unknown. I can assure you that if the nature if God was known by all there would be no religious confusions or religions inside religions. *cough* mormons

They've learnt to avoid dogmas, and back-channel their arguments. This is a gift from all NL atheists to theists all over Nigeria.

Bill Gate is totally comfortable with his wife's beliefs, and he approves of it; because it promotes moral values which he shares even without sharing their faith. The family all understands the father's position and can't argue against his position. But on NL, some people still need to learn that religion isn't a bundle of facts but a matter of belief.

I hereby commend atheists/agnostics on this forum, who through sound arguments have reduced the religious-jargons we get to endure on NL before now.

Sorry, this is not Sunday school sermon. If by chance we take consensus in your church, there are children who are badly brought up in what you see as Christian family, even your so-called church elders children.

Here is someone who doesnt believe in God, but chose to raised his children to know God - shame on you if you cannot learn from that. How many parent have wayward children in church, who is training them?
