In cases like these, where a fetus has been diagnosed with a congenital disease, termination is best for the unborn child than bringing it into a miserable life. I'm against pple giving birth to lots of kids they cant train...and to me its not that they cant, they are just too irresponsible...there are public pry,sec sch, i dont think they pay tuition...and there are federal high institutions that have low tuiton...just coz someone is poor doesnt mean their right should be stepped on...you cant tell someone not to give birth.
