I mailed them too on Friday and even called them, but the lady I spoke with Gave me this same reply. Then I wrote to the German consulate in Lagos that they should refer us there themselves to see if they can help out, but unfortunately the person handling the mail sent me the exact same mail they sent me before stating that they are fully booked.

I've written Kenya and Cameroon still waiting for their response, if none of this works out I'll have to write Angela Merkel and copy every single official on Twitter. Something can be done.

This is exactly the same problem i am facing right now, having to get an appointment date, @ kasich please as soon as you get a response can you share can i have your email so i can be in direct contact with you for @neccki na God go bless you i am seeing all the help you are rendering to us new comers.

For the area of TIN Tax identification number: Im I to use

Guten Morgen brethren...
What an ironic world, got admitted since mid June and I've booked appointment date with the embassy slated for 17 August., But funding blocked account and getting declaration of sponsorship letter (Verpflichtungserklärung) has been my only issue. When I see people who have the money to fund blocked account but couldn't get a date wt embassy I feel bad, and I wish I could exchange my date wt you cos I'm thinking of cancelling my appointment anytime soon if it becomes impossible to meet up... I need help, if I could get any from you guys I'd be very grateful.
May God see us through

Bro good morning,

Still waiting for the responses of mails I sent to a couple of German consulates, the truth is that there is no way other African consulates can help us out on this because from the conversations I have had on phone with like 3 of them ( Ghana, Cameroon, and Kenya) they are not authorized to handle Nigerian passports for the German foreign ministry. The Ghanaian official I spoke with more recently explained to me that after interviews should your application be successful, they will need to send your internstional passport to Germany for authorization abi what did she call it, that the German foreign ministry will only accept Ghanaian and Liberian passport from them. The said I could only apply with them if I have either one of them.

So my brother as it stands we are in a fix, I just pray their foreign ministry will go through my mail and find a way to authorize another consulate to handle our passports because the problem is not in the interview, because they are many Germans in other embassies capable of interviewing us.

I don't want to be posting things that will disappoint people here, that's why I've kept mum since, but trust me once I get any slight way out, I'll write it here in a heartbeat.

So let us keep trying the different ways we think will work, my tools are both my phone and laptop. Keep hope alive, cause you never know...

Just go through the instructions before filling the various fields, for that TIN i filled N/A or something like that, if you read the instructions thoroughly you'll see what they want you to write if you do not have it.

No problems with dat at all, h just need to have to explain d reason for d gap and as his going for his first degree, he should get ready, he might have a small extra exam in d embassy pertaining d course his going for.

Plus he should prepare an eye catching motivation letter

Yes it was a form A remission. They traded @ 417 and charged lik 12k for processin. (Although i feel its kinda too high sef) but they said the rate went up at the time of processing lik 2 weeks ago.

I'm quite familiar with banking so i explained the process to dem myself, did alot of interaction with their head office and d instruction was processed @ their zonal office in ondo state.

@Mr bigma, i sent u a PM. Pls reply I really need to clarify some things. Tanks

Please house, any help with the 280Euros balance will be appreciated.

May we all have testimonies soonest.
