Which raises questions of the authenticity of their "visions"

I get mine from Muslims who are trying to convert me, they give me books and pamphlets plus the odd ones I read on the internet, none of the mentioned any Jesus like figure.

Nde are real. You know that people are good are deception and propaganda. Some nde are concocted to propagate christianity or Islam as the case might be. Some concoct nde for personal gain . Remember it is okay, in the quran, to lie for the sake of Islam.

I never said that NDEs aren't real.

I have heard 'dance alanta for Jesus' during praise section . I have also heard killing for Christ. Mehn, religion is an illusion people don't want to let go off.

C.atfishbilly, s.pectacular and d.eicide. I have seen the result of many near death experiences and I can say they all make perfect sense. There are no Satan, demons or hell in real nde-stories. Of course, trust people nah, stories of hell, Satan and demons in nde are concocted for attention and financial gain.
Real nde features a bright light at the end of a tunnel, out of body experience, a dark void, meeting lost relatives or pets, conversation with a being of light and being persuaded to go back to your body. Many things I could say about it. The characteristics of the being of light is all you can imagine the all powerful creator to be like. Let me stop here.
Nde pose a serious threat to sceptics because they follow a definite pattern regardless of your beliefs. I found that from people's conversation with the light being, I found out that it takes any form to keep the experiencers at ease, Jesus works for many. Nde is in no way a proof of christianity. If they were hallucinations, we did expect different and random outcomes.
People who have hallucinated and had an nde can't and don't dismiss their nde-stories as hallucination. The tales may be different but the pattern and elements are remarkably similar. My fear is that people will start making up their nde for attention, financial gain and religious propaganda. Nde are real by the way.

i have read if not every, but almost every nde story the OP posted.. i have studied tons of NDEs and the partterns.. I've lost count.. majority of NDEs aren't about hell.. and even the few that tend to be about hell aren't like the ones most religions portray.. majority of hell NDEs are about darkness . its the minority that is about the burning sulphur and brimstone stuff... it has also been shown that excessive dogmatic belief affects your afterlife

You have just made a blunder by treating a theory like a law. The theory should have also explained why NDEs "dreams" are different from normal dreams.

Did what i post up there look like i was ready to start writing big stories about NDE?

An NDE cannot be treated as a hallucination. I have also wondered why these so called hallucinations always seem to follow similar patterns.

How is it that there is always a similarity in what they all experienced. Hallucinations often make absolutely no sense but all these people with NDE visions were all mostly positively affected by them.

What you did was simply regurgitate what's all over google but perhaps you should try talking to a few of those who have had NDE experiences and they would tell you what makes them know that their experiences were real.

The one that should baffle you is when they say they witness everything going on from above or from a position away from all other activity and their accounts are always accurate as they tell about procedures being carried out on them and conversations by people in other locations or rooms while they were practically dead in another location.

Hallucinations do not offer detail and witness in detail.

Have you had NDE b4? most of the cases i have read about they do not give details of anything around them except maybe you are talking about OBE? most of the times they talk about what they hallucinate about seeing bright like feeling peace and then complete darkness etc

Obviously you threw in lies in the midst of your comment deliberately. How come you only read about NDEs and OBEs which supports your lie? By the way OBE goes together with NDE so I wonder how you created your divide.
