Gurus in the house Pls how do i spot a bad laptop, even if the seller is trying to package it to be a good one. I want a laptop for graphic design and since i cant afford a new one at this moment i wnt to optin 4 a fairly used laptop but since i'm a novice i fear been a victim


also wat are d important speculation that d laptop must have (a laptop 4 graphic design) or any recommendation

how to know a bad laptop:
check If laptop is running slow
check screen
check all the ports and keyboard
check Wi-Fi and dvd if it has
check speaker

If it's a USA used then there's hardly any issue

recommended specs
- core i5 or i7
- 6-8gb ram
- any size of hard drive you want
- dedicated graphics (if you're into heavy graphics if not then Intel hd 4000 upwards can serve you)

Just know that the higher the specs the higher your budget should be.

Just another myth bro. This is 2017. Brand no longer matter as long as it's a known laptop maker. just check the specs

You have the advice you seek already from the posters above.
In addition check battery life and see how long it holds power when not plugged in.

Since you will be doing graphics work, I recommend get a system with dedicated graphics of atleast 1gb.
