S4 wasn't manufactured in 2008. Infact Samsung was yet to find its place in 2008. This is the best smartphone they could come up with.

MyMouth: 30 mins charging is from the supercharger stations and not from home. To charge that thing full from home ur gonna need to plug it in overnight. |

1StopRudeness: Gasoline cars will not be completely stopped, at least not in the next 60 yrs. If the advanced countries stop it say in the next 10-20 yrs, they will still make them for developing countries and I don't mean just Africa. The same way automatic transmission has been around for a long time but some cars still leave the factory with manual transmission. It won't just die like that. 1 Like |

khalhokage: Why do u people keep saying it needs just 30 mins. Yes 30 mins will get u about 200km range but that is only possible at the supercharger stations. At home it would take like 8 hours to charge. |

erico2k2: Yes u charge from ur house but don't expect quick charge. It's just like a mobile phone, come back home plug it in overnight. It takes an average of 8 hours uninterrupted charging to charge from home. 1 Like |

pharaohmonch: Bros, you have spoken so well, the problem remains in capacity! The once who have the funds are busy piling it for their great grand children, while some are busy wasting it away in the clubs and with women! We really need to move this country forward! these old men at the helm of affiars have all lost touch of the current realities. We the youth really need to stand up, and send all these old thiving men and women back to the village. We need brains that can think 20 to 50 years away from now !! Just like you, we need to solve our problems. 1 Like |

PDPGuy: Stop to recharge at Ore. The idea is to have charging stations where gas stations are presently located. 20-30 mins to full charge would be the ideal scenario. The only problem Tesla is facing is shortage of service centers, your car breaks down, and there's no one in town who knows anything about fixing it and the closest service center is 500 miles away. 1 Like |

greenhulk:at home you charge overnight . Most of you here are mistaking a Hybrid car for a full electric car . Those short charges are for within city centres short distances . For long distance that won't work it has to be long charge like the tesla brand. This why we do not have recharge points on the Motorways yet . |

greenhulk: Seriously??...u are comparing gear transmission in cars to the need to eliminate one of the major causes of pollution in the world..where have u been in the last decade when the shout of ozone layer depletion and green house effect has gone up.... Africa and the Saudis are the major players when it comes to crude oil recently the Koreans and more muslim Nation are joining the petroleum products decision makers... U think this is about car production?...it more about controlling power, taking away complete leverage nd dependency of the world rulers on some sets of country.... Have u noticed how android is completely taking over, it's like a universal operating system every phone has to have..all off a sudden it all seems like we are using the same phones covered by different casing of phone maker.....brother!!...there's an "end move"with the android OS...that is a discussion for another day.. That's part of how the need for petroleum product devices will be fizzled out..an also more importantly through implementation of world wide pollution laws and sanctions.... its only time....weda it's 5,10 or 60years..it will happen..cos there's always an end game move with all these decisions... |
