Very true. Who contract staff EPP. Which company go invest huge amount of money for staffs that have short term appointment.
Contracts staffs do have like 1-3 years experience before joining the bank hence on job training is what they go through and besides they won't be involved in core banking operations, if GTs are not that important why camp them in one TS for 3-4 months

All this reliable source people, una don come again oo.

I don't know why you guys are like this. I just dunno why. Every thread on NL has the reliable source people Flaunting stupidity upandan.

At long run, this people are not just always wrong but the don't usually make the final list.
How can you come here and boast of reliable source that doesn't even know nothing about the recruitment process.

A reliable source that can't tell your standing, or tell you when the A. C will be concluded. is that one reliable? Stop playing with our emotions. People are waiting with no clue for A. C invite and you're here playing with their feelings. Haba!

And just so we are clear, any info from any reliable source gang, would be treated as false information and reported to the mod in charge... Peace.

That can't be true because they estimated six weeks at the beginning of AC. There is no how there will still be up to 900 remaining after 8 weeks. From what I know AC will be over in the next 3 weeks. But training school will be next year after the new year celebration.

grin You are one heck of a clown! You'd be dropped from medicals even if you have a cough? Maybe very soon you'd say if they discover you have ever had a headache as well you'd be disqualified grin

Now to serious and correct information; make sure you are not pregnant for the ladies and generally for everyone- be free of HIV/AIDS, hepatitis, tuberculosis and high blood pressure, once you are free from those you are good to go.

But something worth taking note of is the sudden irregularity of AC scheduling and the recent damage control excuses from HCP makes me suspect something is up concerning a change of plans or something, I just hope FBN/HCP haven't called it a day for AC with the numbers of conducted assessment so far, that would not be fair, the feeling must be killing to those who have waited for AC all along and just suddenly are not given a chance because of some management decision.

U can like epistle sha, what u said is all what I had earlier said in few words. Cough is a symptom of so many diseases which u ve mentioned some already, I said std and u re busy listing,na so u go fail exam writing 1000 words instead of 600,better go treat ur cough and stop living in denial. Everyone awaiting Ac calm down u will be called as there will be no medicals /documentation if it's not completed and it must be this year. Let those who ve ears hear and those with small brain continue grappling ......from a very reliable source

Grammarian, if u ve been following this thread you would ve seen it mentioned severally that fbn was converting their contract staff, sorry I assumed u did and sorry I don't ve patience for kids who want to be spoon-fed on nairaland, my time is money and I'm not being paid here
Bro, service conversion is different from employing new contract staffs and when FBN started the conversion recruitment they asked people from other banks to apply not just current FBN contract staffs alone, you know your problem, you are trying hard to stay relevant as well as seek attention. No one has your time here bro, it's not compulsory you talk when you don't have any tangible thing to say, your info about medicals is something anyone with common sense knows.

Stop giving attention to that person. With a Nairaland account that is barely 3 weeks old and someone who has never contributed on the thread ever since all along but all of a sudden he/she is claiming "Mr/Miss reliable source".

Forget all these agents of confusion and pandemonium! With his/her concoction of information that are so ridiculous and silly! I just enjoy a good laugh reading his/her comments and get entertained, nothing else!

U will be a contract staff in another bank and above 30 fbn will now convert u to their staff how? Re u that dumb? How did u scale thru d test? Just to treat u as u re,they re converting service executives who have put in years in firstbank.try and ask ur "yard" people who know someone in firstbank.thank me later

Do you have to insult him to drive home your point? Heck! What's wrong with you?

And stop forming Mr/Miss information when you have dropped no competent information! The information you are talking about First bank converting service executives to full staff and being invited for AC was shared on this thread weeks ago, you can check about 15 pages back, I was the person who shared that information from the source I have, so your information is stale please!

I saw that comment and wanted to reply it but I felt reluctant because long before now we had shared intel gotten from reliable sources that some of us had contact with concerning the fact that for AC we are about 2,500 and during AC this was confirmed as well by a lot of people so I still don't know why someone would still be claiming we are 5,000.

Even from that 2,500 some number of people will not turn up for AC for various individual reasons.

Its not fight na! Weda 2500 or 10000, just don't forget our appointment to go shopping for some nice suits for TS. Ehen! Please ask ur reliable source when they will invite my guy na! The guy din start fasting o, he's suspecting village people.

Yes! OKPANWU, that is his former moniker. Who thinks am right?
