Light flow is written on pink one and heavy flow on blue one (maybe they don't do it again). Used always last 2015. Angel is what I'm using now and it must be blue color.




I wear pink indoor and I'll change like 3-5times a day. Madness will not even carry me wear am commot, if I do that. I'll pack like 3 in my pantis and carry extra one pack and na black trouser/skirt. I can't come and be painting everywhere Red.

It's nt a myth abt not seeing AF wen u r EBF. I did EBF (wth water tho) for my children stringently 4 6 months n then breastfed 4 1yr and 3 solid months ( wth formula) and I didn't see AF till after 15 months wen I stopped breastfeeding it showed three months later. I was soo lucky cos I used EBF as my own FP and it didn't fail me.

I didn't buy it initially but I later got it. it works for cold I always use it for steam inhalation.

Me and MS are regular customers. .
Had for my First Adorable,it got to a point, my husband couldn't help but cry and I also experienced it for 4 months for this present pregnancy.
It's frustrating, nothing I take stays and I was getting white and slim.I even wake up in the midnight to throwup
My mum said I inherited it from her And she keeps consoling me with this "Olowo o ri ra,pele".
This will also pass sister, just hold on and look forward to having a stress free and nausea free 2nd trimester. .

I don't mind porting, I just pray this mini me don't take after her brother that came at exactly 40weeks.
I don add am for my prayer request sha..38weeks by his grace.

you have to stop apologizing for complaining on this thread lol that's what this thread is for. Sorry about what you're going thru. Many of us went thru the same horrible phase. You just have to endure and keep your spirits up. Try and leave the house for a few hours daily the fresh air helps

I think the dys depends on each individual body and also the nurse that takes the delivery.

For my first, i bled for lile 3weeks and menstrual period returns in less than 6weeks.

For my second, i bled for 1 week or thereabout and menstrual period returns after 6 months.

Both are VD without complications....

It wouldn't hurt to buy it. I bought it but I haven't used it on lo. I was feeling like am gonna come down with catarrh yesterday, all I did was place a little on my handkerchief and laid besides it on the bed and today I don't have the feeling anymore. I guess it works!

That is why most health care advisors will say to make sure you use contraceptives even when breastfeeding because that theory is so unreliable.

I ebf my baby for six months too... AF for me came 2months after delivery and serious period pain was same as before pregnancy, with heavy flow. Na to accept my package oooo

lol at least u can plan when u want giddybaby's bro to come. Breastfeeding stops AF for some women; bodies differ. I did 6mths EBF n supplemented with formula n food frm 6mths to abt 13m, but breastfeeding was still the main course. Then I reduced day nursing to abt twice, but still breastmilk buffet at night lol gradually till we eventually weaned at 15mths. It was when I reduced d day nursing at abt 14mths that AF resumed n I was back here exactly that 15th mth that I weaned completely so u see that bodies differ n for sm women, it's hereditary. It was like that for my mum n all my sisters. But we all know it's risky, u might take in the same month u weaned without period n continue to think AF is still on her sabbatical. U better go put on ur "armour" too like Sansa143 did

does it make sense to visit hospital cos of morning all day sickness?

it's been almost five days without been able to keep any food down in my stomach.. I vomit it all out.. I don't have appetite either except for bland foods like pap or sugarless oat which I end up vomiting..

I also cant drink water.. it makes me vomit.

I tried ginger tea today to stop the nausea but it's works for an hour or two and nausea is back again..

I've lost a lot of weight, and I think I may be dehydrated cos I've not been drinking water (although I don't know how dehydration feels)

I'm very weak to do much or even walk around.

is this how severe it should be or I should visit the hospital ..

please help.. I'm losing my mind right now (I cry sometimes especially when I feel so hungry but I know I can't eat cos of zero appetite and nausea at the same time).. I'll be resuming work next week.. and I'm terribly afraid on how I will cope.

**im currently on a week bed rest after been discharged from the hospital on three days admission..my scan showed threatened abortion..hence the bed rest** so right now everything is OK with the pregnancy and the baby..

prior to admission, morning sickness was under control and I was very OK and healthy.. I wonder if I'm reacting to a medication they gave me at the hospital. it's called Cyclogest.. it's inserted into the V twice a day. it's progesterone

Sorry mama, just pray it all packs up in second trimester n u won't even remember all this u'r going thru right now as long as the medication is working for ur baby.....but then again, Cyclogest might not be d culprit o cos I used it in my first pregnancy, had very mild morning sickness which was actually in d mornings lol I thought it was cyclogest until this second time around that I didn't use it and had the full dose of "morning sickness" that ran even through d night for d whole first trimester before I exonerated cyclogest. U'll be fine, thank God u'r being monitored. E pele

lol I think that's just a myth Jare. That's how they said EBF would help you lose weight and it's making me fat here cuz it gets me soooo hungry even worse than pregnancy hunger. I'm doing EBF o even planning to stop at five months cuz my baby eats too much. Even Sansa is doing EBF and got her period bàck in six weeks

True body differ, me that didn't do ebf for my Ds, Af no show it was after I wean him at 17months that Mrs red show face, me enjoy am sha.
