my dear good morning, am sorry vigilante no allow me oo, my baby wakes 9 pm and sleeps 2 am. have no heard from her oo. I believe all is fine.

I eventually went to register @ GH badagry today, see all d nurses acting nice(because dey won collect their money from us 1st before den show their 2ru colours),even d chief matron wey I no before say she no nice was giving lectures smiling and joking, for my mind I just pity all d new mamas because come Tuesday if any of dem misbehave den go hear am.
I enjoyed the lectures compare to my other clinic DAT love teaching SSS1 biology every time and GH bill is so cheap....Going back Tuesday to collect hospital list,it was a fulfilled waka.

Try to eat bit by bit , don't eat to full up just eat to have something in your tummy. Keep your mouth busy with chewing gum it also helps.

It's nt a myth abt not seeing AF wen u r EBF. I did EBF (wth water tho) for my children stringently 4 6 months n then breastfed 4 1yr and 3 solid months ( wth formula) and I didn't see AF till after 15 months wen I stopped breastfeeding it showed three months later. I was soo lucky cos I used EBF as my own FP and it didn't fail me.

I didn't do EBF yet no AF untill a month after i wean baby which was a year and some months . It depends on body chemistry i think. According to my mum it happened to her the same way. She doesn't stop BF accept she is ready to take inn again. Her form of family planning.

Am not too sure but mine did not exceed 11 days after delivery (VD) and I wad told all is well.

I don't know if there's a standard number of days but I think the bleeding should have ended by max six weeks ppt if not you should see a doctor. Me I had very little bleeding post delivery cuz they mopped up most of the blood with my ladysepts after they brought out the baby
