Governor Nyesom Wike’s effort in improving on infrastructures in Rivers State is really in top gear. During his electoral campaign in 2014, The Governor promised to deliver a standard jetty at ever busy Bonny Waterway Terminal, located at Creek Road, Portharcourt.
