I dont know who to blame exactly..Maybe Neymar for stalling and stalling and not confirm he was leaving earlier so we can buy replacements earlier or the Board for not been decisive earlier to accept Neymar would leave and start looking for replacements earlier...Either way it puts us in a very bad decision cos Clubs would inflate the prices of players cos they know the money is there and We need to replace Neymar..90M was never quoted for Dembele as at end of Last season but suddenly he's worth 90..Liverpool should be rejecting bids from Barca anyhow,Bids of almost 100M..Everyone just wants to have a piece of this Cheque.
