Flood water entered my Honda inspired and it refused to start nor even on the ignition. The flood stop slightly below the seat, entered the brainbox but didn't entered the engine.My electrician has serviced the brain box & said it didn't flash yet to no avail.I have called a car Computerlist who attempted but the system failed to dictate the car & he said the car ignition must be on first before the computer can see it.
please what can I do? I need expert advice.

Did you disconnect the battery before the water rose to the seat level?

The battery was on & intact before the flood came.In fact, the security alaram rang because of the flood entrance until the battery ran dead. Location is Onitsha

Your electrician needs to check all fuses especially the high rating ones and relays first.

The electrician has checked the fuel box inside the bonnet but didn't dictate any fault.
What again can be the fault why the car refused to start?

The electrician hasn't checked properly yet. Let him check main fuse.which is under hood inside the ipdm(intelligence power distribution module) aka fuse box. It has multiple of fuse inside. Let him bring it out and inspect properly. If this fuse is broken nothing on your car would work
