Well, in an interview she gave to the Nigerian Guardian in 2000, she said she eats a diet rich in fruits and veg, and avoids too much carbs and fat. She stressed that she avoids fried stuff as much as possible.

Bianca has aged well over the years. Even though she is in her 50's, she could still pass for someone in her 30's. Good on her.
