oil is good I. it keeps wrinkles away, slows down aging of the skin, good for the heart too. but go go healthy fats like avocado, nuts, coconut oil, olive oil.

eat balanced diet, drink lots if water. take supplements too, avoid/manage stress, get enough sleep, exercise and yoga. Be good to people
