Honestly. None will take that But who knows. You might be lucky I can only wish you well

The biggest challenge is finding reliable farm workers.

Wherever possible, the key is to use technology & keep the number of labourers you need as low as possible.

I'm going to the extreme of not farming any crop that has no compatible selective herbicide.

Managing Nigerian workers no be small thing.

Getting a reliable worker is one of the most challenging factors in setting up a business in Nigeria.

You are on point, the lesser the workers you have the less frustrating your life and business is. If technology can be implore business will be more efficient.

I also believe that employers have to be realistic with their farm labourers, manual weeding, making ridges etc are energy consuming, body no be wood.
