I learnt taking green tea (pls google about it for Cervical mucus) helps with it. it's less expensive. There's also Evening primrose oil tablets to be used from cd1 till like 2days b4 supposed or calculated ovulation. There's also fertile CM tablets, take lots of water, grape juice too. other mama's will come chook mouth

Gave my heavy cramps. I had a regular cycle so nothing changed but had to complete 3mths as recommended by my doctor. All 3mths cramps were hell. Try ACV and BSM with massage. That's what reduced my cramps and I only take panadol once nowadays if I have cramp any month. I used to have very painful cramps with vomiting even before marriage.

Gd evening ma. it's usually advised to take it after ovulation till next cycle begins.. 100mg that is 2 tablets daily if it's 50mg. Though another school of thought says 50mg b4 ovulation, 100mg after ovulation. Read back few pages, it was discussed.

still too early to judge, but af cramps came with a vengeance today, i took 1 tab 1300mg primrose oil tab in the morning...and the cramps hv reduced drastically. intend to take 1 tab morning, another tab night.
2moro will go n look for letrozole, want to do cd 3 to cd 7

Hello Mama... I had a regular cycle and I took M2Tone for like 2 cycles & it didn't disrupt my cycle at all. I also noticed that the blood clots I usually had got reduced.

Evening Primrose oil to be taken from Cd1 till like 2days b4 ur supposed or calculated ovulation day. Pls don't be confused... in the quietness of ur heart shall ur rest be. All these will end shortly with Success. Best wishes.

M2Tone is to be taking all tru your cycle, it is the evening primrose that one is not to take throughout tge cycle. I stand to be corrected.

I took m2tone throughout the cycle esp if I have the cash to continue.

Saw this IVF discounted advert while browsing the net.
Felt it might be of importance to someone out there.

Don't know about their gynaecological services but I had an irritating experience with them when I took my son there for treatment. Dirty and small lab, rude nurses. Long wait and annoying doc. You may try it though, maybe that day wasn't my lucky day.

Have you checked for infection and ruled it out? HVS, ECS, etc...
