I'm a dental student and I can tell you there isn't a big deal about this.....

it's what almost any dentist will do, it's a fabricated appliance called a denture.....

The teeth will look as though it were the natural ones, if you wanna confirm my claims, visit any dental clinic or just Google Search denture or prosthodontics....

It isn't a lie neither is it Photoshop.....
