Governor Obiano can afford that amount to buy nomination form. Why rout that money through these shadowy groups which spring up only on the approach of elections? Does anybody still hear about that youth group which Wike used to wreck havoc in Rivers State during the gubernatorial election in that state? It fizzled out just like that after the election and may spring up again during the next election.
