That 30th of May pained the Northerners badly. For them, it was too much. They dont like it when anything challenges their power. For Kanu and IPOB to issue a sit-at -home order and it was carried out made them want to go mad.
Exactly.

In UK referendum means referendum
But in northern Nigeria it means war
Why is that?
I just wonder.
Re: Blame Nnamdi Kanu If Violence Erupts In Nigeria: Northern Coalition by Ngozi123(f): 10:44pm On Aug 07, 2017
"His recent action of forcefully grounding movement of people, including those from other regions, by shutting down most South-East cities, notwithstanding the mild and ineffective condemnations by some Igbo political, cultural and religious leaders, has foreclosed the avenues for an expected early peaceful resolution,” CNG said.
Many Igbo leaders have spoken out against Kanu and IPOB so what exactly do they expect them to do? Do they want them to start arresting and killing innocent protesters? huh

Nigeria is not a civilised country.

Btw, only one part of this country is synonymous with violence and bloodshed and that is not Igboland undecided.

What do you call the killings & maimings already happening in the country? Non-violence? Some black people, what a waste! There are no discussions/brain storming on building systems and how to connect the dots, all I hear is violence this, violence that...!! What a fvcking waste!
Re: Blame Nnamdi Kanu If Violence Erupts In Nigeria: Northern Coalition by UnchangeableGod: 10:46pm On Aug 07, 2017
They are informing the world that they are ready to kill Igbos in the north simply because NNAMDI KANU is spearheading their quest for independence from Nigeria so that the world will hail them when the time comes and blame NNAMDI KANU. What a shame!
Re: Blame Nnamdi Kanu If Violence Erupts In Nigeria: Northern Coalition by excel101(m): 10:47pm On Aug 07, 2017
Of course not Kanu, but you the North. My reasons are because the whole South and North Central are not in same page with you on this.
Re: Blame Nnamdi Kanu If Violence Erupts In Nigeria: Northern Coalition by Nobody: 10:48pm On Aug 07, 2017
I am getting confused about these threats and I want someone to educate me because I do not understand;

Kanu is at Abia State, and has no gun, no matchet, no catapult and he is just saying, one thing and one thing alone. That his people were not consulted before being amalgamated, that he wants Nigeria to conduct referendum.

If Nigeria is so sure that they have governed well, then fine, conduct a referendum and I am sure the people will stay in Nigeria if you did well, but if not, the people will become Biafrans that they were before all this name called Nigeria was coined.

He has not called for war. So, why are others becoming so afraid of democratic norm ?

I do not know the God that some people worship, cos it looks like they lack common sense.

We will not only blame kanu, but blame shettima, his ACF cohorts and the northern mob who are willing tools of violence. When has violence ever benefited anyone in this country? jobless hate mongering i***ts.
The North has been unmasked. They used to employ violence to have their way in Nigeria. But Boko Haram has shown that they are afraid of death too else why will the military be up there defending them and setting up IDP camps. If at any point other ethnicities pick up arms against the Fulani marauders, the nonsense will stop overnight. Fighting back is the best action against a bully especially a wanna-be bully at that.

We will also blame him for the ones that erupted in the past and, probably, Boko haram too. Silly coalition; as if the Northwest has not been Nigeria's center of ethno-religious massacres from time immemorial.

This is just the gospel truth.

The south has always compromised for peace to reign, but they assume it as cowardice...

But am not sure the south is willing to compromise anymore

If they like let them employ Jay Z and Beyonce to release another Genocide track... we are waiting .

Wild animals in human form.. They are still angry about the 30th May sit at home event this year but I have advice for them, 30th May 2019 is coming and it's not only 2019, it will be a yearly ceremony to remember our dead heroes who paid the Supreme Price so, they should get ready for everlasting agony.. Ediots angry

Oh I see, and what has sitting at home for that day done for you? Sheer display of stupidity. Why will someone in their right senses sit at home to show support for a cause they believe in.
Re: Blame Nnamdi Kanu If Violence Erupts In Nigeria: Northern Coalition by victor8269: 11:03pm On Aug 07, 2017
The sit-at home order was gladly obeyed by d same Easterners who went about their various business on June 12 FG holidays, d Igbos respect this man's ideas, the government is non- existent in the East. I repeat, no FG road, I repeat not even a single one in the whole of South East, is in good condition, except the one repaired by Peter Obi.
UNN has been banned from offering Chemical engineering since the Biafran Civil war till today. The scars of the war, runs very deep in the South East, the government doesn't listen. Nnamdi Kanu does n his people r loving him for it

Only in Nigeria one Mr. Abdul-Azeez Suleiman and Yerima Shettima would come out openly and subtly give threat of genocide and terror... and also show you who to blame for his ignorant action
Meanwhile DSS are busy monitoring flies and rabbits

I leave in the north, got properties there too, I have never supported or encourage the actions of ipob but today my life and that of my family is threatened simply because am igbo.
I run legitimate business and pay multiple tax without complain but today my fellow country men are threatening my life because am igbo.
The safety of my life and that of my children can not be guaranteed in my country that I still possess the passport simply because am igbo.
My fellow dear country men can just wake up any day and order me and my family to pack back to my village simply because they feel they can inherite my properties that I toiled day and night to build. All this is because I committed the crime of being born an igbo person.

A lot of us don't really care about ipob and many others are sitting on the fence.. I personally have no direct reason to support ipob, I work hard and take care of my family and don't even have time for other things but if by Oct 1 any thing happens to my loved ones.....

I will have one reason and one reason only ''VENGEANCE'' and if it will aid the activities of ipob and burn this country so be it.
