But in all honesty they have a very poor customer care service.

Yes i have received it now.

The question remain why did it take so long. Over 1 month. I called, wrote, called to remains, wrote to remind.
Each time I call or write you kept acting as if that is my1st time of calling.

You guys fooled me. Made me spend over 3k in calling. Especially the man that calls himelf Sam there.

With the kind of job i do now, i can't predict when I need airtime and I am a type that don't borrow no matter what. This why I use you guys.

Xmas is by the corner. Mtn air will go up. I Planned buying through u guys but with past experience, I will not.

I just bought N15,000 mtn reserve for Xmas and my bank diamondbank just sent me code I can use to buy via my bank account.
So using you guys is of no use any more.

I want to say BIG thanks to Nairaland for making them send me my air time.

If I ever decide to use their platform again and they mess up!!!!

They are no longer real.
You deposits or transfer money to their bank account for them credit your wallet. Stories start. Telling your to give them 24 hours to confirm. Most times it takes weeks or they will never credit you. That means your money LOST!

If you finally succeed in having them credit your wallet ,there is high risk of failing to credit your mobile line with airtime or data when bought using money in your wallet.

They fail me when i need data or airtime most asking me to give them 24 hours to resolve it. Imagine that!!

In most cases they will not credit my mobile line but charge my wallet.
Once this happen, forget it they will never credit you again and have no solution to this.
They will keep posting you for months telling you they are working on resolving it.

This is my case with them now.
I think Nairaland should stop them advertising and deceiving people here.

Evening if u do bank transfer to their acct as Early as 3am u would get funded immediately. I have tried it severally,no be dem say.
Pls give them a second chance.

I made a payment at Access yesterday, up till now my wallet wasn't funded, I chat with the guy on WhatsApp but he's a disaster. he asked me for details over and over again but nothing has been done. Even my complain here is ignored.

I'm tired of chatting with the person on WhatsApp since yesterday, he continue coming back to ask for the same info over and over again. clubkonnect need to put someone who can multitask there. this person appears confused.

The remark or payer info supplied to bank is 08032321077 -Rehoboth, but bank made a mistake by posting 0803232107-Rehoboth. It missed the last digit 7 of my phone number.

Smiles! I am only a concerned customer. Infact the speed at which my wallet is been funded still surprises me. I no longer click on the deposit money column,once I do my transfer and return to the website in less than 3 seconds I just notice that my wallet is funded. I was not paid to run any ad o! As u stated in Your post, a mistake was made when posting the fund, our systems is fully automated an u get credited instantly when u transfer fund to our bank account but since there was an error we have to do it manually which may take between 24hr to 48hrs cos of the volume of payment we receive daily to our bank account. So be patient while we treat

anyways thanks for being truthful cos a lot of people will come here and say they where not credited but will never be true enough to tell us that they did not follow the instruction on our website or made a mistake when sending the fund
