Clubkonnect isn't a scam, but they have poor Customer Service.

UPDATE
My data has just been topped up.

I have been using it since 2016, I never had issue until November 2,2017.

I made online transaction on their platform for 1G Mtn but up till now no data, I sent messages no reply, I called the girl that picked my didn't Ask question as to help her attend to my issue all she said is "Your data will be activated, don't worry " And she ended the call.

I waited for like 3hours again nothing came, which is unusual of clubkonnect. Your data is transferred less than 1 minute you paid, but I had to wait from 10am till 5pm which made me to contact them.

Till now nothing has been done, contacted them on whatsapp and via SMS all to no avail.

Advice

It's not a scam but those with the owner of the company isn't trained in customer relation, one thing that could bring bad reputation to a business is poor customer relation.

When that's bad, you see people writing bad thing about you, calling you names and bad stuffs. What most people do before using a service is read review about it once they find more bad comments that the good ones they're gone and will be afraid to do business with you.
