Charterhouse Pharmaceutics is a new and innovative dimension for the face of healthcare in Nigeria. We manufacture medicinal products, appliances and cosmetics of good quality, safety and efficacy to service the ever growing Nigerian healthcare demand. Furthermore, our initiative is to enhance the capacity of Nigeria in collaboration with the government and local authorities to effectively prevent and treat diseases that are of major concern to public health.

Healthcare particularly in developing countries remain an ever growing need. The ability to efficiently manage the needs and risks associated with Nigeria and its healthcare would be at the forefront of our business initiatives. As an organisation,we intend to develop our core competencies which would be QUALITY,SAFETY and EFFICACY of all our product lines aswell as AFFORDABILITY and ACCESSIBILITY. These would be reflected in the way we conduct business, by ensuring that all our product lines are continually available and affordable, thereby avoiding any levels of shortage in the pharmaceutical retail market within the developing African countries.

My people and friends of my people,

I come with a proposal.
It can't be a one man mission.
We have to, need to, and must access and reawaken our people.

Due to ignorance, we have multiple Yorubas 1) clamoring for one Nigeria 2) thinking like FFK, Kemi Ololoyo and Fayose (who sent Ekiti people to go learn nonsense in Aba, when he could have sent them to Ogun or Lagos).

It seems like a great number of Yorubas are ignorant of the intellectual and businesses they own. They've been fed so much lies about some traders owning this percentage and that percentage, and the unfortunate thing about it is that, many have come to believe the lies.

Can we take the knowledge we've amassed on this thread beyond NL?

I am proposing creating a

1) FB &
2) Twitter

accounts to celebrate our people. However, this has to be carried out as an executable and SUSTAINABLE project.

The group would be used to share knowledge about Yorubas' economic, interest and many other things. We'll also accept guest posts. So it's a content based groups where people write pieces and submit to admin. People can also ask questions to foster conversations. The groups would also be used to reawaken Yoruba consciousness cos most of those silly Yoruba Facebook groups aren't doing anything meaningful other than posting pictures of babies wearing agbada and telling people to like posts

If you're in, please reply my quoting me and letting me know your stance. I give each man a week to stake his ground. Can we guarantee 200 members for a start?

Whatever you choose will not change my wonderful opinion of all of you. Much love kiss

Adewale ‘Wally’ Adeyemo

Former U S President Barack Obama appointed a Nigerian, Adewale ‘Wally’ Adeyemo as his deputy national security adviser for international economic affairs. Adeyemo had served in top roles at the Treasury Department and succeeded Caroline Atkinson as Obama’s deputy NSA. Adeyemo is flying the Nigerian flag high in the international community, hence the reason to celebrate him and his achievement.

Five important facts about him…

– Adeyemo has worked in Obama’s administration since 2009.

– He was part of the team that helped coordinate the US response to global recession which started in 2008.

– He helped establish the US Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

– He has been the point person on a range of international economic issues in the US, including negotiations on strong currency agreements around the Trans Pacific Partnership.

– Adeyemo is the son of Nigerian parents, who left Nigeria to seek greener pasture in the US. According to him, his parents “immigrated to this country in search of the American dream and the opportunity to give my brother, sister, and me a better life.”

– The 34-year-old Nigerian holds a bachelor’s of arts from the University of California, Berkeley, and also a Juris Doctor (JD) for further studies in specialised law from the Yale Law School.

You call it stubbornness but I call it opinionatedness.
She's from a bloodline of warriors. It's therefore not unconnected.

Since our founding in 1988, the Paragon Group through its managerial and operational skills, strategy and resources has emerged as a towering conglomerate and industry leader in many sectors in Nigeria including the oil and gas, construction, insurance, real estate and hospitality. We also have significant presence in the maritime and aviation servicing sectors, including the import-export trade.
The recognition, harnessing and utilization of human capabilities and creativeness are the most important foundations on which the group has been established. These, we use to push forward the frontiers of business and technological development in a way that the great power of gadgetry alone cannot. We believe that the foundation of our business should rest on the shoulders of our most prized asset, our human capital, and the virtues these personnel espouse. That is why we place such high standards on our staff and their contributions.
Over the years, the Paragon Group has tried to complement the efforts of successive Nigerian governments in their quest to stimulate rapid economic and technological advancement. However, since the 2008 financial crisis, Paragon Group has had to put a soft pedal on its PPPs (Public-Private Programmes), as it became imperative to take cognizance of the waning global risk appetite, fettered flow of foreign portfolio funds and huge fiscal imbalances in a number of Sovereign States. Our strategy, going forward, is informed by the recognition of the need to share risk and reward in a new world. A world, as have been observed in recent years, that has become much more interconnected than we have ever known and, as such, engendered very high correlations across asset classes.
In the new global economic order, it is patent that the margin of error in domestic and international trade is much narrower than ever before, hence the necessity for Paragon Group to form partnerships, joint ventures and consortia to midwife the entire value chain of commerce from conceptualization to completion of bankable projects.
With a strong balance sheet and salutary cash holdings, we are poised for long term, risk-adjusted growth. Our focus is to deliver high-quality, cost-effective projects on schedule by employing and supporting motivated, flexible, and focused teams. We value the importance of our relationships and will continue to remain fair and true in our dealings with all employees, clients, vendors, and partners. Our clients count on our dependability, our drive, and our integrity.
We take great pride in our accomplishments and build on them every day.

Olufunbi Falayi, CEO Leadspace

For the uninitiated, Leadspace is a sister company of Passion Incubator and doubles as a co-working space. The goal for Leadspace is to create the future of work by creating the best environment to work, collaborate, stay productive, network and have fun.

Ojodu Berger has evolved into a vibrant business environment due to the recent upgrade in infrastructure in the area by the government, with proximity to Ikeja airport and the Marina financial district via the direct link to the 3rd mainland bridge. Having a co-working space in Ojodu might just be a great call.

Car parks are a major problem for most co-working spaces in Lagos but Leadspace in Ojodu covered that end with an enormous space for your cars.

Join me as we tour Leadspace to see what await potential occupants.
Productivity, collaboration, community are three core values of Leadspace and it’s well spelt on the wall in the reception area. You can’t but notice it. For a strong community, you need connectivity and I could not but notice that they are fully supported by ipNX. So no worries, they have you covered on fast internet.
