As of next year, I want to start investing.

To cut it short, my first one should be a university student hostel. I am thinking of near either Anambra or Enugu. It will start from buying a land. I really am new into this and wants to take my time which is why it is next year. I have someone who can supervise it already that I trust. I am here to look for someone to help with the buying of land and ideas or people in same line of business so that we can meet up.

Do u think am a fraud?? Check my number you will see my pic, I am an engineer, I build houses for people, there are some projects I have done, the owners are abroad and till date I don't know them but I have completed their project, so please I know there are a lot of fraud on this forum but I am not one of them, I would not have given out my number that shows my real face is that's the case.
