'm 23,not quite confortable with my current weight(58kg),i'm very much healthy...pls what supplement,multivitamin,or kind of food i should be eating to attain atleast 65kg?i consume alot of alcohol,on average one bottle a day,and i was told it reduces weight gain,don't know how true is it

You are just 23 & weighing 58kg,
That does not seem to appeal to you.

Weight is not necessarily a function of size but height.

Do you have long bones or u b karanja?

You failed to mention your height.

A short fat man will weigh less than a Tall slim man.

However, your daily consumption of alcohol won't help you at all.

'm 5.9ft tall,i just want to enhance my weight or add a little fat..i know the health implications acrued with high fat accumulation(marbling)esp intramuscular fat

i suggest u do a complete detox for 7 days to cleanse ur Colon of toxins which hinders the digestive system from functioning properly .
Then use Liquid Chlorophyll .
For daily intake , add a table spoon of liquid chlorophyll into a glass of water , stir well & drink 3 times a day .
