This is quite tragic. A little baby lost her life after she fell inside a deep well and drowned. According to information gathered online, the baby fell into the well while playing and died some minutes later as no adult was around to rescue the baby. By the time help came, the baby had already given up the ghost.

Babies smaller than this one have started swimming in Kalabari and Brass.

I fell into a deeper well for over 20minutes as a toddler and I survived.

Maybe this baby was born premature.
It is well.....even in the well.

Well, the well did not have a proper parapet.

Nuff said

There is a remedy for everything, it's called death.

People living where the well is located are culpable. Why was the well not cover? How was the well built and a baby can access it? Why should children be allowed to play close to a well?

Some Nigerians are sub-humans! Godamnit!! I can't believe some so called adult's first point of action was to take a photograph of the child whilst she was still in the well. We all know that people who drown can be resuscitated back to life. But even if she was dead at the time WTF! get her out and exhaust every option to bring her back before you call it.

That child may have died out of carelessness from all d adults in her neighbourhood -God rest her soul- but, she has also shown to us how ignorant we can be here in this clime.
