What a project topic..... A linguistic analysis of Jenifer's English in Jenifer's Diary.....lolzzzz

Well, I can't judge the project work by the title on the cover.

The author of the project could have done a perfect work on the thesis, and good enough to defend it.

The department is Lingistics and African Languages, so the thesis is still in line with her field.

Sigh! What has happened to our educational system?

For all those quoting me, my statement is not in reference to the thesis posted above, buh a general statement of the sorry state of our educational system. We definitely need a lot of quality science graduates now to help propel a boom in infrastructure development

A good educational system debates on issues in its society and that Project topic has just accomplished that for the linguistic department

This project is a unique topic tackling a unique situation from an equally unique angle. When I was in school, my project topic was based on the use of ebook and hardcover textbooks among students of my university, who are usually given table PCs in their first year.

The best project topics are the ones we can relate to. The ones happening around us. The quote below says it all. Kudos to the lady.

There's nothing wrong here, my cousin did a project on slangs in contemporary Nigerian rap songs. Songs by olamide, phino, M.I and Dagrin


I had to listen to these guys for long and try to explain a lot of them even as I don't understand their language and music.

Its a good one, the course is Linguistic and Africa languages, so it make sense with the project and case study.

There are some people that speaks english in thier native accents and in funny way.
