I noticed that most men don't shampoo their hair periodically like women do. This got me thinking about what the possible reasons for this could be. After thinking about this for a while, I came to the conclusion that the rationale behind this men's behavior could be that:

Many believe it is basically for women alone.
Men are too busy to look after their hair and most men are not bothered about their physical appearance like most women do.
Most men maintain a low hair level, so the rate at which dirt accumulate in men's hair is far lesser than that of women.
Men do wash their hair on daily basis while taking their bath with soap and water unlike most women who only wash their hair periodically.
Most men do comb or brush their on daily basis and this also helps in removing dirt from their hair.

Shampoo is a hair care product usually in liquid form though some are available in the form of soap tablets. Some of the benefits of using shampoo on your hair periodically include:
Regular use of shampoo makes your hair look more beautiful than before. I am saying from personal experience.
Shampoo helps in removing dandruff and makes your hair flake free.
Shampoo prevents dryness of your hair and scalp.
Shampoo relieves irritation and calms down scratchy scalp.
Therefore, it is recommended that men should also use shampoo periodically for a more healthy and attractive hair.
