Who told you obj doesnt go thru similar bouts. For confidentiality sake, i wont write it here but what i can tell you is that nobody gets to notice it because he is not at the centre of power, he can travel out and stay as much as he wants on medical grounds but you wont notice it.
Buhari too would have been in this situation and nobody would notice if he didnt insist on being president. Thats why there are calls for him to step down and take his time to recover
